RHODES: deformable objects tomographic reconstruction for cryo-electron microscopy

RHODES is a research project funded for 60 months from october 2014 by the French Agence nationale pour la recherche (project No. ANR-14-CE27-0012). RHODES stands for "Reconstruction tomograpHiques pour la cryo-micrOscopie électronique d'objets DéformablES", french for "Deformable objects tomographic reconstruction for cryo-electron microscopy". The goal of the project is to develop method of tomographic reconstruction from projections with unknown directions obtained by cryo-electon microscopy from deformable macromolecule.
